Taggart will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of their second album Parts Of My Bicycle Are Made Of Chrome with it's first-ever vinyl release. Upon it's initial release in 2001 Amplifier magazine called it "a melodic mixture of emo, garage, punk, and alternative that’s just one hit song away from a commercial breakthrough. Poignant, rowdy, melancholy, and reckless, this Philadelphia quartet weaves strong pop hooks into thick guitar-driven arrangements".
