TAFE Queensland Graduation - Sunshine Coast

Held on Thursday December 15th, the Sunshine Coast Graduation is your opportunity to formally celebrate your achievement with your family, friends and fellow students.

This is a momentous occasion shining a light on the dedication you have shown to accomplishing your career goals and the valuable contribution you will be making to our society now you are qualified, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Due to limited seating, students are limited to inviting three guests (inclusive of children) to support them on this significant day.

If you would like to come along to celebrate the culmination of all your hard work and the official beginning of your career, please register your attendance by clicking on the green button above, graduate and guest tickets can be purchased through this site. You will need to have your USI, course name and student number ready before you click on the green button.

If you are concerned about your eligibility to graduate, you can speak to your teachers and they will advise you. If you have registered, but you are not eligible to graduate we will advise you of this and you will receive a full refund.

If you would like your name printed in the Graduation booklet you will need to register by midnight Monday 21st November at 12pm.

If you are a diploma or advanced diploma graduate, you will need to register by Monday 5th December at 12pm to ensure you receive the correct fitting gown and mortar board. We will hold a very limited amount of spares, but cannot guarantee that they will be the correct fit.

Ticket sales for all certificate graduates and Guests will close Monday 5th December at 12pm.

Order of proceedings as follows:

3.00pm - 5.00pm - Arrival for registration (all students and guests), gowning (if diplomas) & Photos. Bar open.

5.00pm - Registration closed

5.30pm - Graduand briefing in theatre

5.45pm - Guest to be seated

6.00pm - Doors close and Graduation Ceremony begins

7.30pm - Post ceremony celebration, entertainment and food provided

8.00pm - 8:30pm - Gowns to be returned (if diplomas)
