Agent Luke Healy has over 27 years of service and has conducted numerous investigations with a focus on drug- trafficking organizations. Agent Healy has used a variety of techniques that have dismantled these organizations,
specifically wiretaps, where he has been an affiant in
over 100 wire orders. These investigations have netted hundreds of arrests and successful prosecutions.

Agent Fredy Maestre has over 16 years of law enforcement experience with 10 years of organized crime and human trafficking experience. Throughout his career, Agent Maestre has dismantled multiple drug trafficking and human trafficking organizations.
