About this Event
Join us for Taco ’Bout Real Estate Tuesday as we dive into the hospitality space and what it actually looks like to analyze and acquire a hotel.
This month’s session will focus on high-level case studies, breaking down how to evaluate a hotel property and what goes into making a deal pencil. We’ll also walk through a real-world example of a recent hotel acquisition in the Yellowstone area, including how it was financed using an SBA loan.
If you’ve ever been curious about hotels as an asset class, or want to better understand how these deals come together, this will be a practical and insightful conversation.
A big thank you to Vanguard Builders Corporation for helping support this month’s event.
This will be a lot of fun, and of course we’ll have tacos.
