Join the ASID Gulf Coast Chapter for our monthly Talk About It Tuesday, hosted this month by Helmwood, Houston-based makers of custom furniture.

In a brief presentation, Helmwood founder Jason Fricke will discuss incorporating custom furniture as a creative and strategic design tool. The conversation will cover when custom pieces make the most sense, how designers can collaborate with a furniture maker, and how thoughtful furniture design can solve challenges of scale, proportion, and functionality that off-the-shelf pieces often cannot.

The presentation will be followed by an open Q&A.
