Tackling Racism in Scottish Sport: Annual STUC Black History Month Lecture

Following the damning review of Scottish cricket governing body of institutional racism – our annual STUC Black History Month lecture will focus on tackling racism within Scottish sport. Cricket player Quasim Sheikh will address the lecture alongside a panel of black and minority ethnic sports people. join the STUC Black Workers’ Committee and Trade Unionists as we reflect on the racism and underrepresentation of Black and Minority Ethnic people across sports in Scotland and how we can bring about systemic and structural change.
