About this Event

Our 11th tower block abseil will take place on Saturday 16 May 2026 at Southend University Hospital.

Entry fee: £45 (plus admin fee)

Minimum sponsorship commitment: £100

No experience necessary

Minimum age: 14 years

Super-hero costumes welcome!
