Heels Dance Experience
With 40+ years experience in dance/ballet and 15+ as a dance teacher, I am starting coaching a new feminine dance course for beginners this year!
The course is about connecting and reconnecting with your body and mind, embracing femininity and feeling confident—both in heels and everyday life.
Life sometimes makes us forget who we truly are.
My course is designed for adult women who want to:
- move beautifully and freely
- strengthen their body and improve posture
- gain and regain confidence with every step
- recharge with energy and inspiration.
In each class we combine dance, physical training and inner work.
It’s an holistic experience that transforms not only your movements but also the way you feel about yourself.
