Join us for a special Quilt Trunk Show featuring Jean Johnson, who led TAAC’s first quilting workshop and show in 2022. Johnson will share pieces from her personal collection, highlighting the rich traditions of African American quilting—known for its striking colors, bold shapes, abstract designs, intricate piecing, and powerful storytelling.
This program is presented with support from QSOC, TAAC’s regional quilting partner, and hosted by TRAHC. Don’t miss the opportunity to view one of Jean Johnson’s quilts up close, alongside stories stitched into every piece.
