Tommi Huovinen, a seasoned professional with experience in the tech industry, specializing in growth and onboarding. Tommi is now expanding his expertise to focus on enhancing the candidate experience prior to joining companies. Don't miss the opportunity to learn from Tommi's insights and discover strategies to make the lives of employers and employees easier.

Tommi will present how to engage with your top candidates and create a killer new hire experience once they join. We’ll talk about the key moments after the job offer and how to make sure all stakeholders are involved. In short, let’s discuss how to boost new hire engagement. We’ll share some tips & tricks on what you can automate and what you probably should not automate.

Oleg Podsechin

Based in Helsinki, Finland, for the past eight years he’s been running Toughbyte, an agency with thirty recruiters and ten developers building a tech recruitment platform. Having worked with neural networks back in the early 2000s, Oleg initially thought that the applications of AI would be limited. However, he is now using AI tools on a regular basis and is applying the technology to both recruitment and development at Toughbyte.

With Oleg, we will start with a quick introduction to AI and its limitations. The talk will cover the current applications of AI in recruitment, providing examples of tools and use-cases. We will then discuss where things are headed, going over both the possibilities and potential risks involved. To wrap-up, we’ll summarize how the job of a recruiter will be affected, providing some ideas on how to adapt and which skills to develop to remain competitive.
