Join City Repair and The T Horse at this year's PDX Winter Light Festival!We will be offering up hot bevies, treats, and community gathering space for two weekends as part of Portland's amazing celebration of light, whimsy, art, and community. This is also a great opportunity to talk with someone about how YOU can propose a placemaking project to enhance your neighborhood and bring your community together.
