ᴛ ʜ ᴇ ＣＨＡＳＥ — Free Roam
Kicks off 7pm → cruise til 8:30 → end spot by 9pm sharp → After-hours convoy chase for those who stay for the HANG !
After the main HANG meet, anyone keen can join an optional convoy cruise through the surrounding suburbs. This is about driving skill, group flow, and fun — not racing.
Weather callout: If it’s wet, The Chase is cancelled. Safety first, no exceptions.
How it works:
• Hang first, Chase second — You must attend the HANG meet before joining the convoy. We need to know who’s rolling with us. • Hard finish at 8:30pm — We’ll wrap at the final meet point by 9pm • Boundary map + finish point — Stay inside the set boundaries at all times.
Vehicle + Driver Requirements:
• Lights on — No lights = no entry. Be seen. • Brakes must be in top condition — No compromises. • No ego driving — Stick to speed limits and road rules. This is a cruise / Chase convoy, not a race.
Convoy Etiquette:
• If the group splits at lights — Call the lead car to slow down or pull over safely to regroup. • Rear car = safety car — Watch for stragglers, hazards, or issues behind. • If you lose the convoy — You’ve got 3 options: hunt safely to catch up, pull over and wait for us to loop back, or head straight to the finish point the carpark @ corner of Forgan & Protheroe Rd (Joyner). Don’t do anything risky.
Safety is enforced. If you can’t respect the rules, you’ll be asked to leave.
We need 2x Chase Leaders (Font & Behind Convoy)
Leading on alternate Hang meets. Must know the area well, be confident communicating, and put safety first. DM if you’re interested.

› 7—7:15 park & depart (Strathpine Centre Rooftop)
› 7:15—8:30 Convoy Chase
(Strathpine & surrounding areas)
› 8:30—9pm Head to finishing line.

• Samsonvale Rd, Forgan & Protheroe Rd (Joyner)
• Young's crossing Rd—Todds & Francis Rd (Lawnton)
• U-turn Petrie lights or University lights.
• Lawnton & Bells Pocket Rds (Strathpine)
Everything in-between (Bray Park & Warner) is fine. Stick to the main roads.
