Join me for an intimate Sound Journey under the stars—featuring a 15+ instrument ensemble, including my newest handpan, chimes, crystal bowls, and more. We'll start with 50 minutes of sound immersion, complete with projected visuals to deepen the experience and set the vibe. ✨

Afterward, we’ll gather around the bonfire to enjoy complimentary s’mores, with vegan options available, of course. This event is hosted at a private residence in Charlotte—address provided after RSVP.

Hi, I’m Sofia Paloma — a certified sound healer trained in somatic therapies and mindfulness-based practices. I create immersive healing experiences designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect with your body, spirit, and inner stillness.

My work blends over 15+ instruments, including crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, tuning forks, chimes, and the enchanting tones of my new handpan, to guide the nervous system into regulation and the heart into deep restoration.

You may have seen me holding space at Elements Music Festival or guiding intimate group ceremonies and private sessions in Charlotte and beyond. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and a deep reverence for sound as medicine.

Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning for a deeper reset, I’m here to help you feel safe in your body and inspired in your soul.
