Join Us for an Introduction to Zen and Zen Meditation

This informal workshop will explore the history, mythology, and concepts of Buddhism, the origins of Zen, and its evolution from China to Japan and the West. It will also introduce the fundamentals of Zen meditation.

Beginners are welcome. Lunch provided. $20 suggested donation.
