Personal note - My father has had health issues. You know people get into this business for money, but it is the ability to control your TIME that, for me, is the valuable thing real estate provides me. The ability to be at all doctor's appointments and hospital stays to make sure he is taken care of has really made me appreciate this business even more. So, while he is doing alright right now, I asked Haydynn to come in and be a guest co-host, and if for some reason I can't make it for personal reasons, he can take the reins and run the event.
If I am there, we will livestream into the group. If not, unfortunately, it will be in person, so I make no promises about being able to view it online. If you want to be sure you catch all the information and golden keys to success that Dave will dish out, I recommend you be there in person!
This event is FREE, as always, except for parking and any food purchases. Parking can be TIGHT, as is the usual case in Chattanooga. Look along Main St, Passenger St, Wilhoit, or other streets nearby.
Also, I highly encourage you to please order food and/or drinks while there. Fountainhead Taproom is gracious enough to let us use their space at no charge.
