The constellation approach offers a healing methodology that is based on "acknowledging what is". It supports you to gain insight into yourself and your current difficulties, as you open your mind and heart to a bigger picture. Using the supportive group to create a "living map", and taking into account the pain or trauma that may have been transmitted through generations, you can understand and release outdated family or societal survival systems, with warmth, support and empathy. In this way you may encounter a greater capacity for healing within yourself, and in your relationships.
