Systemic constellation workshops provide a respectful and confidential space in which to look at a wide range of personal issues. The process is supportive, and often highly illuminating and moving. At a workshop we are able to take rare and precious time to drop down into a different connection with ourselves, with others, and with the wider spheres of our relational life, which can include our ancestors. Both bringing an issue and participating as a resource in other people's constellations, offers insight and healing for all in the group. The group size is between 8-15 people and we will aim to host five issues over the course of 7-8 hours. There will be an explanation of the process and a meditation at the beginning and end of the day. Vegetarian lunch will be provided as well as tea, coffee and snacks. . We will have one 15-20 minute break, one 45 minute break for lunch and a 20 min break in the afternoon .
