Join us for an afternoon of training to deepen the internal dimension of your Systema practice with HQ senior instructor Jamie Lippiatt.
Topic - INTERNAL WORK
To practice Systema completely, outer principles like breathing, movement and striking are invaluable to master, but are incomplete without internal components. Internal mastery is the key to delve into a world of deeper connection and power. This seminar will cover ways to develop awareness of these important internal aspects and tools to feel and sense movement and energy within and beyond the physical.
Bio - JAMIE LIPPIATT
Jamie Lippiatt is a Senior Instructor at Toronto HQ with over 30 years of Martial Arts experience working with and teaching various forms of internal and external combat and health development. With years of training directly with Vladimir Vasiliev and many training trips to Mikhail Ryabko in Moscow (often for months at a time) he is known for his comprehensive approach and ability to break down deep Systema training into understandable concepts.
