At this enlightening wine dinner, we’ll explore the nuances of this ancient grape. Born in France’s breathtaking Rhône Valley, Syrah has also thrived in our Central Coast and Australia (where they call it “Shiraz”).

Sommelier Peggy Dean will tell the stories behind the wines she selected to pair with five delectable courses by Executive Chef Christine Brown.

Our beef importer, Kenny Townsend of Think Culinary, will share the origins of Wanderer and Robbins Island beef, two delicacies from the Greenham “NEVER EVER” program (no hormones, steroids, or antibiotics, ever).
