Whether you’re looking to increase mobility and strength through Functional Yoga or experience deep relaxation and focus through Wim Hof Breathwork, this series offers a comprehensive mind-body reset.

💪 Functional Yoga Class (6:00 - 7:00 PM) with Cara Rush
A functional movement yoga class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and breath awareness. This accessible session blends mobility drills, alignment techniques, and breath-led movement to leave you feeling balanced and energized. Each week will bring a unique focus to the class (check the Agenda for details).

This session is designed to calm the mind, increase oxygenation, and build resilience through the science-backed Wim Hof Method.
