Be the first to experience the future of Synergy Collectives, community building groups thoughtfully structured to facilitate real friendships with others who are similar to you.
Before we officially launch our full membership community later this year, we are hosting two exclusive Launch Experience opportunities this July.
These aren't the groups we have in mind just yet, but rather an opportunity to see how future gatherings will be structured, connect with others who are curious, and help us test out the format before our official rollout.
If you are new to the area, have been here awhile but are still looking for a way to find your people here in Lakeland, feel like making friends as an adult is just too hard, or just want to break out of your routine and try something new, this opportunity is built for you.
Launch Experience Dates
Choose the date(s) that work best for you when you select your tickets:
Experience 01: 11:30 am-1:30 pm Monday, July 21
Experience 02: 6:00-8:00 pm Saturday, July 31
Every gathering follows our signature structured flow, combining low-key facilitated conversations, fun activities, and new social connections.
Launch Ticket Policy
To keep our groups intimate and high-value, capacity is strictly limited to 30 people for each date.
All Launch Experiences in July are 50% off as part of our launch trial (tickets are generally $49-99 depending on the experience).
After July, only members will have access to the collectives calendar, though we will continue to have regularly scheduled experiences open to anyone who would like to see what we are about.
Please Note: To ensure as many people can enjoy the experience as possible, Launch Experience tickets are strictly limited to a maximum of 1 per person during the month of July, though you can join a waitlist for additional dates if you wish.
What to Expect
No Pressure: You are not committing to a permanent group or a membership dues cycle yet. Come as you are, have a fun evening out, meet great people, and evaluate the format.
Structured Value: We value your time. There are no awkward icebreakers or hours of aimless mingling. Our events are intentionally structured to help you leave with real connections.
Founder Input: As a beta attendee, your feedback will directly shape the permanent community schedule, formatting, and perks.

Info: Arrive, grab a drink or food, and settle in. Our host will welcome you and help make introductions as people arrive.

Welcome & Community Introduction
Info: We'll share a brief overview of the experience, what to expect throughout the evening, and how the event is designed to make connection feel natural and comfortable.

Guided Connections
Info: Through thoughtfully facilitated conversation prompts and small-group interactions, you'll have the opportunity to meet several people in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.

Shared Experience or Activity
Info: Depending on the collective and venue, this portion may include a collaborative activity, local exploration, discussion experience, creative project, or community-building exercise.

Open Social Time
Info: Continue conversations, make new connections, and spend time with people you've enjoyed meeting throughout the evening.
