Back in February, a Jeopardy! clue about Congaree produced one of the greatest wrong answers in game show history. The correct answer was Fireflies. Nobody got it. One contestant guessed hippos!
So for one night only, we are making it official. Straight outta Congaree into Segra Park, Thursday, August 20, the Columbia Fireflies become the Synchronized Hippos.
The team will wear specialized Synchronized Hippo jerseys that will be up for auction during the game. All proceeds will benefit Congaree National Park.

As part of Budweiser Thirsty Thursday, enjoy:
