synchronicity soundbath & cacao

You are welcome to join us for our soundbath and raw cacao for a grounding experience, held by two facilitators working in synchronicity creation with two full chakra singing bowl sets, layered with nature soundscapes and other live instruments— chimes, tuning forks, and more. A powerful landscape of sounds and on person bodywork is getting created through the collaboration of Lara & May.

Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul, resetting your nervous system for more fresh energy.This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and find harmony within yourself. Connect with the present moment and immerse yourself in an inner journey.

What you can expect:

This session offers a space to step away from the fast lives, allowing you to access deeper relaxation through the frequencies of tibetan singing bowls, wich bring the brain into a dream state of alpha and theta waves. Various other healing instruments support this soundjourney. During the session you can recieve on body work, where we are placing singing bowls and tuning forks on the chakras to experience an immersive experience. This is optional and will be created with each individuals consent. Our aim is to create a safer space where each individuals needs will be respected.

The session will be guided by Lara and May, two healing instrument passionates. They are both in the process of becoming occupational therapists, where they met and found out that they share the same vision in their studies of the human. They combine science with ancient knowledge as a guide in their journeys.

You can take time to enjoy some tea before and after the session , take it slow and connect with us and others. What to Bring:
