Sync-In Sunday: The Practice Yoga w/ Laura Kieley

Join Laura from The Practice in a class centered around what they do best: using movement and stillness to get curious, to build relationship to self, to introspect, to regulate the nervous system, but most importantly: to feel good. Laura will take you through a 60-minute specially curated class that includes movement, integration, and reflection. This somatic based class will help centre and guide you into greater resilience and joy.
