Synau Ymlaciol Gyda Alexander, is a personal experience in sound. With rhythms and tones of natural harmonics you are guided through a relaxing experience.

This will be our 2nd session in the new venue and the last session was wonderful, yet the space is definitely smaller than the Arad Goch. There where 15 people in the last session and I feel to limit it to 12 as it takes away from relaxation.

I look forward to welcoming everyone to an experience in sound.
I will be using sonorous gongs, harmonious resonant bowls, rattles, drums, flute and some other instruments I have created my self.
The aim of these session is to release unwanted tension and to give the mind and the body space to rest and recalibrate.
The sound assists in creating a vibrational environment where the nervousystem and emotional body can regulate.
The duration of the sounds is apps 1:15 giving time for people to settle at the start and plenty of time to have a chat afterward and leave with out feeling rushed.
I guide a subtle, yet profound journey. Being attentive to everyone who is attending.
We will meet at the the venue at 7pm, please no later than 7:10 otherwise I would have started the session and it will be a disturbance to others. Session will end at 9pm.
£15 per person
Bank transfer is available on request.
Please bring something comfortable to lay down on and some water for afterwards.
