About this Event
Biblical scholars have drawn much attention to the fact that the creation narratives in sacred scripture present the creation as a temple for the presence of God. We hope to further explore this theme, both in itself and in its implications on the whole of theology and philosophy.
Together with the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology, the St. Basil Institute for the Study of the Theology of Creation is hosting a symposium on this important subject.
We will have two days of talks and discussions, followed by a one day retreat, with Byzantine Rite Vespers and Dominican Rite Mass. Meals will be provided for each day. Sign up to attend while tickets are still available.
You can find information about our speakers, our schedule, and where to stay on our website: https://stbasilinstitute.org/symposium-2025/
Note: The event is on June 6-8. We can only mark the first day on eventbrite.
