MY HARBOUR CRUISE SYDNEY
TERMS & CONDITIONS – HALLOWEEN BOAT PARTY 2025
1. TICKETED EVENTS
- Tentative reservations will be held for up to 7 days from the date of enquiry through our office.
- Full payment is required to secure a booking.
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, tickets may be transferred to another guest at our discretion, provided the request is submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event.
2. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
- Please note there is no allocated seating on board. A limited amount of general seating will be available and is shared amongst all guests.
- Prams are strictly not permitted on board.
3. BOARDING PASSES & CHECK-IN
- All guests must present a printed copy of their boarding pass or ticket upon check-in at the pickup wharf.
- Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure and double-check your booking confirmation to ensure you are at the correct wharf at the correct time.
- Photo ID may be required at check-in and should be carried on your person at all times.
4. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
My Harbour Cruise Sydney adheres strictly to Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) legislation. The following policies apply:
- No alcohol is to be brought on board by passengers.
- The bar will close 20 minutes before disembarkation in accordance with licensing laws.
- Alcohol may not be served while the vessel is berthed.
- Unfinished alcoholic beverages may not be taken off the vessel.
- Guests acting in a disorderly, unsafe or intoxicated manner may:
- Be refused service
- Be removed from the vessel
- Cause the cruise to be terminated at the nearest safe wharf
5. VENUE RIGHTS
My Harbour Cruise Sydney reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry or remove any guest carrying alcohol or illegal substances, or who poses a safety risk to others. No refunds will be issued.
- Accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal or hired property during or after your event.
- Substitute vessels, change cruise itineraries, menus, or performances without notice due to mechanical, safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide a similar quality experience in such cases.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clients and guests are expected to behave in a responsible and lawful manner.
- The Charterer is liable for any damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or furnishings by themselves or their guests.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
- My Harbour Cruise Sydney takes no responsibility for items left onboard. Items must be collected within 48 hours post-charter, after which they may be disposed of.
7. HEALTH & SAFETY
- All vessels are equipped with life jackets and trained staff for emergencies.
- Guests should take caution while moving around the vessel due to potential movement caused by harbour swell.
- My Harbour Cruise Sydney is not responsible for injury or damage from sudden vessel movement or boarding/disembarking.
8. FOOD ALLERGIES
- We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and pork-free items.
- All food is prepared in shared facilities, and traces of allergens may be present.
- Guests with life-threatening allergies are advised to supply their own meal.
- My Harbour Cruise Sydney accepts no liability for allergic reactions.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE
- Photos or videos taken onboard may be used for marketing purposes on social media or our website, provided they are deemed appropriate.
10. WEATHER CONDITIONS
- The Halloween Boat Party will proceed in all weather conditions except for a significant storm or severe weather warning.
- Based on safety and operational considerations, My Harbour Cruise Sydney and the vessel’s Captain make the final decision to proceed or cancel.
