A guided whisky tasting flight, behind‑the‑scenes distillery tour, and a long, relaxed lunch in Australia’s most awarded distillery. Expect wagyu, smoked trout, charred corn, cured meats, and more.

3:00 PM — Free time or a well‑earned nanna nap.
4:00 PM — Time to dress for the show.

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM — Sydney Whisky Show
120 whiskies. Global brands. Rare pours. Unlimited tastings.

9:30 PM — Tokyo Bird whiskey bar
Sydney’s premier Japanese whisky bar. Yamazaki, Hakushu, Chichibu, Mars, Ichiro’s, yakitori, and Tokyo‑alleyway atmosphere.

11:30 PM — Baxters Inn, Sydney’s original speakeasy whiskey den and highly rated occupying a former fabric store.

1:00 AM — Nightcap shooter at one of our favourite bars, this time a different spirit direction and the bar is less than the size of a shipping container but so much fun.

11:00 AM — Late checkout.
11:30 AM — Sunday Roast at The Duke of Clarence. Large whiskey choices.
A traditional English roast in an 18th‑century inspired tavern. Yorkshire puddings, crackling, sticky toffee pudding, and your choice of Bloody Mary or Irish Coffee. A warm, communal, story‑rich final chapter.

2:00 PM — Tour concludes… but your story doesn’t.
