The 2026 Sydney Summit is the Committee for Sydney's essential half-day leadership conference, where Sydney's leaders and decision-makers join the stage with new voices to set the agenda for the future of our city.

The theme of the 2026 Sydney Summit is 'The Bold City'.

Sydney is a city built on ambition. But meeting the challenges ahead - from housing and climate to infrastructure and community trust - will demand more than good intentions. It will take bold decisions, ambitious visions and a shared commitment to delivery.

The Bold City is about turning ambition into action. It’s about leadership that balances vision with pragmatism, and a willingness to make the decisions that shape the next generation of Sydney’s growth.

This conversation goes beyond policy - it’s about how we work together to deliver lasting change, strengthen confidence in our institutions, and ensure Sydney remains a city that gives more than it takes.
