Sydney Multicultural Youth Networking Night

Come hang out, meet new friends from all over, and vibe with other young people celebrating culture and connection!
About this Event

Join COMPELL’s Multicultural Youth Fellows for The Public Square: a casual networking night in Sydney for young change-makers passionate about politics, policy, and representation.

What is The Public Square?

Politics isn't just made in Parliament; it's built in everyday spaces where diverse voices come together. Hosted by COMPELL’s Multicultural Youth Fellows, The Public Square is an informal, welcoming space for young people from diverse backgrounds to connect, share ideas, and build community.

Whether you're deeply involved in community advocacy, working in policy, curious about entering politics, or simply eager to meet like-minded peers, this night is for you. No formal speeches or dry presentations—just open conversations and genuine networking.

Who Should Come?

• Emerging youth leaders, advocates, and activists
• Students and young professionals interested in policy and politics
• Anyone passionate about multicultural representation and civic action in Sydney

About The Centre of Multicultural Political Engagement, Literacy, and Leadership (COMPELL) works to ensure multicultural voices shape policy, representation, and civic leadership across Australia.
