Sycamore Harpenden

Hi, I hope you'll join us. We'll start with light freshments and chance to chat and get to know each other.

At 8pm we'll watch a short film and pause to discuss questions in small groups as we go through. Each week we'll cover a different topic and the films are presented by Fr Stephen Wang, who grew up in Harpenden and is really excellent to listen to.

This is such a great way to start the New Year. Let's spend some time thinking about the questions that matter. What is love? Why do we suffer and why did Jesus suffer on the cross? What is really happening in Baptism or the Mass (Holy Communion)? What about heaven and the role of Mary? Come and listen to Fr Stephen Wang and share your thoughts and reflections.

We'll finish promptly at 9pm for those who need to dash home. You're welcome to stay and continue conversations until 9:15pm when we'll need to clear away.

We're meeting in the Undercroft (go through the church gate and go down the stairs on your the right). There is a lift in the church down to the hall if you'd rather take the lift.
