⚠️ REFUND POLICY:
Full refund if the event is canceled by SYA
If the event is rescheduled due to inclement weather, registration will carry over
If a vendor cancels five (5) or more days prior to the event (including weekends), a 50% refund will be issued
Vendor cancellations within five (5) days of the event will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to SYA
A tax donation letter is available upon request
