This £13 million development will provide a purpose-built home for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities, delivering a safe, supportive and thoughtfully designed environment that places wellbeing and sustainability at its heart. Currently residing at The Vine and Colwill Lodge.
The visit will include:

A key focus of the visit will be the project’s sustainable construction approach, including:

• Timber frame construction, reducing embodied carbon and improving build efficiency
• Installation of solar PV systems to generate on-site renewable energy
• Air source heat pumps supporting low-carbon heating
• Energy-efficient building fabric and performance-led detailing
• Significant biodiversity enhancements, designed to improve habitat value and create a positive environmental legacy
