Come join us the last Sunday of every month through October on the lawn at One Paseo!

*Everyone who attends will receive the opportunity to book a a complimentary in-studio Contrast Therapy Session and Ammortal Redlight experience, in addition to a guest pass!
SWTHZ (Sweathouz) is a luxury contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold. ❄️🔥 Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a luxury private suite equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower.
