We've got a full-day workshop for everyone wanting to give it a go (and those already giving it a go and want MOAR)
Workshop 1 - Recapping your non-dominant role + Beginner Switches - 3hrs
Cost: $55pp
Part 1 - Recapping your non-dominant role (10am to 11:15am)
As the name suggests, this is perfect for those who are just dipping their toes into the Switch world. In it we will run an accelerated recap of foundational moves for you to practice in your non dominant role. You should already be familiar with both roles, as some familiarity is necessary for switching to work!
Lunch - 11:15am-11:45am
Part 2 - Beginner Switch Workshop (11:45pm-1:30pm)
In this part we will break down and cover the three pillars of how to switch and showing examples of each type:
- Energy transfer
- Moves
- Momentum
Workshop 2 - Advanced Switches - 1.5hrs
Cost: $25pp
This workshop is for those who are already switching regularly and are looking to expand their switch vocab and skillz!
FAQS:
Q: Can I skip part 1 of the first workshop and just come to part 2?
A: No - we need to make sure everyone has the same foundational moves in their bag ;)
Q: I have only lead/follow and have never tried the other role, is this workshop for me?
A: Maaaaybe - it depends how quickly you pick things up but it's recommended that you have at the very least a basic understanding and some experience in your non-dominant role. We recommend that you attend your regular weekly classes in your non-dominant role in the lead-up to the workshop!
Q: Can I pay on the day?
A: Absolutely - cash is preferred but can also accept Bank Transfer
