Switch Social Supper Club: PLATE

Join us for a fun, informational, and indulgent evening at Switch Bourbon & Tequila Bar on Thursday, September 25th for our newest Switch Social series, Supper Club.

Come solo, with a date, or in a group! Tasting events are a great way to experience new flavors and meet other local enthusiasts. All guests are invited to arrive as early as 5:30PM to mingle with old and new friends before finding a seat. Supper will begin promptly at 6PM.

COURSES:

Seared Pumpkin Wellington + Foraged Sour

porcini duxelles, prosciutto, triple cream fondue

Spinach Ricotta Gnocchi + Limoncello Basil Spritz

pecorino broth, pancetta Braised Italian Greens

Cioppino + Italian Daiquiri

clams, mussels, shrimp, herbed tomato broth, crab risotto cake

Warm Spiced Crème Brulée + Prosecco

served with poached red pear
