• The Friday evening Mixer Event
• The official Graduation Ceremony on Saturday

Date: Saturday, 17 October 2026
Location: Villa Pamphili, Rome

👥 Schedule

• Graduate Arrival: 3:00 PM
  (Gown collection, check-in, photography)
• Guest Arrival: 5:00 PM
• Ceremony Start: 5:30 PM

Dress Code: Formal

⏳ Duration: Approximately 2 – 2.5 hours
🍷 Reception: Aperitivo to follow the ceremony

🎓 For Graduates

Please arrive on time to allow for:

• Gown collection (Doctoral graduates will receive a special email to purchase their own doctoral gowns)
• Check-in
• Photography
• Preparation

During the ceremony, you will receive:

• Your degree cover
• A temporary certificate

📌 Your official degree will be issued by your Program Director after the event.

We are delighted to welcome your family and friends to celebrate this important moment with you.
Please ensure guests arrive on time and are seated before the ceremony begins.

📸 Ceremony Guidelines

• Guest arrival time for ceremony seating: 5:00 PM
• Guests must remain seated during the ceremony
• Changing seats during the ceremony is not permitted

📸 A professional photographer will capture the event.
Official photos will be shared after the ceremony.

🎟️ Registration & Eligibility

• Eligibility must be confirmed with your Center Director before purchasing
• All academic and financial requirements must be completed
• No refunds will be issued if you are found ineligible

🔁 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted prior to 21 days before the event

Refunds are only granted in case of:

• Visa rejection (official proof required)

No refunds will be issued for:

• Personal reasons
• Work obligations
• Travel issues
• Schedule changes

💳 Eventbrite and payment processing fees are non-refundable
