Come join us for our Swiss Raclette Party! Raclette cheese comes from Switzerland and France, and is traditionally heated, either in front of a fire or by a special machine, and poured onto your plate. Then we scoop that lucious cheese onto bread, potatoes, or whatever you like. It’s a party, so go wild! Think of it as dinner and a show—all in one!We will also be sampling some crisp white wines of the region and paring them with yummy bites to make this experience one to remember.
Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
