Paper marbling is an art form that involves creating patterns on paper that look like marble or stone. The process involves floating pigments and dyes on water which are then transferred onto paper to create stunning, one-of-a-kind designs. Whether you`re drawn to the meditative process of swirling colors or simply want to create something beautiful, this workshop provides a creative space to experiment with different techniques and craft your own unique marbled designs.

What’s In Store

In this workshop, we’ll guide you through the steps of preparing the marbling bath, experimenting with various tools to create stunning designs, and transferring your artwork onto paper.

You’ll float pigments and dyes on the surface of water, then swirl and manipulate them to create beautiful patterns. Once your design is ready, you gently place a sheet of paper on top to transfer the colourful, fluid artwork onto it. Et voila! Your custom design is ready!

What You Get

A 3-hr long paper-marbling workshop

All workshop supplies* (Marbling paints, brushes, trays, marbling size, combs, rakes, apron)

Printing material (1 notebook, 2 paper envelopes, 1 postcard, 2 bookmarks, 1 cartridge paper, 2 trial sheets)

Rs. 500 full cover* at SOCAL during the workshop

*The workshop supplies are just for the workshop and can`t be taken home. However, your multiple custom-marbled prints are yours forever.

*Cover: You can use up to Rs. 500/- to avail of anything on the SOCIAL menu.

Things You Need To Know

1. This workshop is targeted but not limited to the Vagabond community. If you’ve never been part of a Vagabond experience but have always wanted to, show up!

2. Limited seats are available for this workshop at an introductory price.

3. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If you’re late, you may miss the instructions, and trust us, that’s no fun.

4. This workshop is only open to individuals over the age of 12 years.

5. No tickets will be sold at the venue. If you plan to join us, book your ticket in advance.

6. There will be no refunds on tickets. However, tickets are transferable and you can send someone else in your place. Inform us beforehand.

7. Venue rules and regulations will apply at the event.

8. Everyone’s invited! Bring your friends, partners, cousins, family members, and their friends!
