Swirl of Sound with Rewire Breathwork

Swirl of Sound proudly presents a sound bath event like no others! Featuring multiple large gongs, didgeridoos, drums, chimes, tibetan and crystal bowls and special guest performances. Experience powerful sound medicine that will shift your consciousness, reset your autonomic nervous system and leave your entire body in a complete state of blissful relaxation.

Bring whatever you need to be cozy and comfortable through your breath and sound journey. A pillow, blanket, yoga mat and eye mask are recommended. We have additional props such as blankets and bolsters for you to use.

About the Facilitators

Swirl of Sound featuring Pablo Ledesma, Bob Grimmick & Andy Laub

Pablo is an Intuitive Musician and Reiki Master who plays Didgeridoo, Native American Style Flute, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Handpan, HAPI Drums and a variety of percussion instruments for a “Vibrational Sound Journey”. Using energy from Source and his instruments he has facilitated Sound Journeys for over 17 years.

Bob is one of the founding members of Swirl Of Sound. He shares his heart and special talents as a sound practitioner to provide a powerful sound journey to transport the mind, body and soul into deep relaxation and tranquility. His creative nature also transforms a room with unique lighting and tapestries to provide a relaxed atmosphere well before the sound journey begins.

Andy is a group facilitator for various mental health and addiction treatment centers in the San Diego area and a Certified Tea Master. He also plays the Native American flutes, silver flute, didgeridoos, gongs and other instruments in Swirl of Sound.

Special Guest Cindy Becker is a triple-certified breathwork facilitator, Somatic coach, Qi Healing teacher and RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. She guides students into powerful journeys of healing and awakening through transformational breathwork and somatic healing. With a deep reverence for the breath’s power to bring the body to life, she curates a unique experience to help you achieve physical, mental and emotional optimization.

Cindy combines a rich background in somatic coaching, neuroencoding and sacred ceremony to rewire the nervous system for health, happiness and high performance. With an enlivening and nurturing presence, Cindy will inspire students to push beyond boundaries and blocks in a supportive environment.
