SWIRCA & More Glow BINGO

SWIRCA’s almost consistently sold-out Super BINGO event gets a GLOW-UP! We’ve turned down the lights and added black lights, pumped up music, and party vibes, so wear your white and fluorescent attire and accessories and come ready for some fun!

Join us for a great evening of BINGO, pull-tabs, half-pot and more. Total payout will be up to $10,000! Doors open at 5pm. BINGO begins at 6pm. Must be age 18 to enter, 21 to drink. ID's required at check-in.

For your convenience we will have: Snacks, soft drinks, beer, and wine, as well as extra BINGO supplies all available for purchase, and multiple color monitors, large parking lot, and uniformed security. You may bring your own food inside if desired, but NOT DRINKS. This is a CASH-ONLY event.

Bingo Packs

Entry fee is $30 per single seat and includes a dauber and glow accessory.

Private table of 8 is $260 each and includes: Entry for 8 people, a reserved table with your name on it with 8 seats, 8 daubers, and 8 glow accessories.

**Due to IN Gaming laws, we must sell BINGO supplies in person with cash. At the registration area, each participant will purchase their BINGO game pack at the event.

All BINGO packs are sold for $15 each and include 10 regular games with 6 faces each.

All Special Games are 3 faces and are sold separately for $1 each.

Supplies

All Special Games are sold separately at Super BINGO for $1 each.

Other Supplies:

Daubers are $2 each. Pull-Tabs are $1 each. Half-Pot Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.

No smoking is allowed inside the building. In the event of low attendance or bad weather, SWIRCA reserves the right to change prizes or the number of games.

Space is limited and the event usually sells out, so purchase your seat early!

FAQs

Can I bring in food or drinks?

There will be snacks, beer, wine, and soda available for purchase inside the event as well as a food truck outside (pending availability). You may bring in food. You may NOT bring any drinks unless purchased from the food trucks. You will be asked to dump any other drinks out before entering the event.

Can seats be purchased at the door?

If there is room available, we will sell seats at the door, but we strongly encourage purchasing them beforehand because this event usually sells out early.

How do I check in at the event?

There are no paper tickets. When you purchase your seat, your name will be put on a list and will be checked off at check-in. For added verification, please have your online confirmation or receipt handy, but it is not mandatory.

What's the refund policy?

As this is a fundraiser for SWIRCA & More, there are no refunds.
