Join Kelly as we learn how to incorporate the yoga hammocks into a yoga practice. We will explore the ways to safely guide a practice and how to incorporate different styles while offering a fun/challenging new experience. Open to those that want to learn aerial yoga techniques as well as those that want to teach!
