Swingin’ For Maggie’s

As some of you may know at the end of September 2025 my wife Jane was diagnosed with terminal Bile duct cancer and was only given a few months to live .
Thanks to the staff at Christie’s and targeted therapy her life span has been increased.
In this kind of situation it’s hard to know what to do to help people in similar circumstances.
Members of my band “The Andy Bold Big Band “ thought it’d be great idea to organise a fund raising event for Maggie’s Manchester. A fabulous charity which helps cancer patients and their families.
At 4:30pm 13th September 2026 we’ll be presenting a concert of Benny Goodman Music featuring special arrangements by Ronnie Bottomley, vocalist Nicki Allan and UK Jazz Legend Alan Barnes.
The concert will be held at :

Grangethorpe Rd.
Manchester
M14 6HS
