Join me for a FREE SwingFit dance class.SwingFit is a dance-along fitness class for ladies who like to exercise to swing music from 1920s-1970s. It’s about Fun, Fitness, Friendship. With dance steps and music from the swing era, you’ll forget you’re exercising as you dance along to the Lindy Hop, Charleston and Jive.
Free launch class = 45 minutes, followed by a chat (usual class time = one hour).
Arrive 10-15 minutes before class, bring a bottle of water.
