About this Event
Join us for an Intermediate Savoy Lindy workshop with Denise Steele highlighting the original Frankie Manning Savoy style. After the workshop, there is a social dance with a beginner lesson by Aaron & Lauren, and Guest DJ Nick Davis.
Denise taught and performed with Frankie Manning for over 15 years. She excels in Savoy styling basics and variations.

2:00 - 3:30 pm: SWINGCOPATIONS 1
Fun Frankie variations that show off the difference between Savoy Lindy and other Lindy styles.
3:30 - 5 pm: SWINCOPATIONS 2
Cool steps, styling, and musicality, highlighting some of Denise’s favorite Frankie steps.
This is an intermediate workshop – Dancers must be comfortable with the basics
