Yoga swing for asana/poses, breathwork, & meditation. Explore your favorite yoga practices and try something new at the same time. Each class offers all the benefits of a traditional yoga class but offers you more time in challenging poses such as inversions, deep stretches, and cozy relaxation. This is a multi-level practice - we give plenty of clear and easy to follow instructions with options to keep growing as you feel comfortable and ready to do so.
Please do bring your yoga mat (we will still use one), wear comfy clothes, and come with an open mind!
$25 to drop in. *Swing classes are included in memberships.
