Donation Based : Swing Yoga: These classes use the Yoga Trapeze/Yoga Swing to introduce students to a new prop that will help them bring their practice off the floor. Poses will begin on the floor getting familiar with the swing and gradually lift off into floating poses as well as inversions. Please arrive to studio 10-15 minutes before class to get settled in. Recommended to have no food 2 hrs before class.REGISTRATION REQUIRED
