TASTER CLASS ✨
The night will start with a taster class, giving you enough moves to dance the rest of the night away and see exactly what we at Swing Out Adelaide and swing dancing are all about!
No partner needed, we'll make friends in class. ?
No experience needed, we'll get you grooving. ?
Anyone can dance, we can dance with someone, in any role or by ourselves - it's all jazz! ?
SOCIAL DANCE & PARTY ✨
Our favourite Djs will play Swing and Jazz music, making it impossible not to groove. From the greats of Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, and Cab Calloway to current jazz artists like Jonathan Stout, Shirt Tail Stompers and Hot Sugar Band...
The bar will be open with snacks and drinks - softies and Estonian Craft Beers exclusive to the Estonian Hall - with plenty of spots to sit, relax and enjoy the music and the dancefloor.
COMPETITIONS - PERFORMANCES ✨
Later in the evening, we will have competitions for beginners, intermediate+ dancers and showcases. It's all about having *FUN*. So, if you've been looking for a reason to learn a routine, practice, or put 30 seconds of choreography together - this is it! Everyone is welcome to join in. Registrations opening soon.
