This is a dance session designed for adults of any age to come together and enjoy some gentle movement, great music, plenty of laughter and maybe a little bit of singing.A full range of ages and abilities from young adults to seniors are welcome, along with any carers who may be there and wish to join in.
All the dance steps can be done standing or seated and will be adapted to suit the group each week.
This is about using dance to encourage movement and joy. Bringing people together and taking them out of their normal space, even just for a short while.
