Join us for an evening of live swing music and social dancing with the Second Line Stompers — a North Carolina–based ensemble bringing the joyful sounds of New Orleans jazz and swing to life. Whether you’re brand new to swing dancing or a long-time regular, this will be a night of great music, friendly faces, and plenty of dancing.
Instruction for All Levels:
-Introductory Lesson (7:00–8:00 PM): A beginner-friendly class included with admission. No partner or experience required.
-Beyond the Basics Lesson ($5): For intermediate dancers looking to expand their skills. Held at 6:45 PM at Carrboro Civic Club, 108 Bim St, Carrboro.
Tickets and Details
-General Admission: Online $20/$16 for members (includes intro lesson) $25 at the door ($20 for members)
-Tip the Band: Optional add-on; 100% of tips go directly to the musicians
-Payment: Card only at the door (no cash accepted)
Mask Policy: Masks are always welcome
